At SoPost, we're always looking for ways to help brands make the most of their sampling campaigns. That's why we’ve launched our latest feature: visual user-generated content (UGC) in reviews and feedback. 

Now, when consumers leave reviews, they can submit photos too, giving brands a powerful new way to build trust, drive engagement and ultimately increase sales.

How it works

We've made adding visual UGC with feedback seamless:

1. Photo submission with feedback: when your consumers leave their product feedback, they'll have the option to upload one or more photos.

2. Automatic syndication: thanks to our review integration partners, these reviews – complete with authentic consumer photos – can be seamlessly syndicated across retail sites. Rest assured – our AI will automatically detect and delete any inappropriate photos.

3. Centralized image gallery: all submitted photos will appear in your Campaign Manager account, giving you a ready-to-use gallery of authentic user-generated content.

4. Repurpose: reshare these photos across social media, your marketing emails, SoPost campaigns and more. The potential is as big as your creativity!
