Partnering with Marie Claire Beauty Drawer enabled us to target qualified beauty enthusiasts, resulting in better engagement and higher review response rates while keeping costs in check.
We crafted personalized experiences with 15 full-size products on offer, guiding consumers through a branded sampling experience to collect reviews and detailed product feedback, laying the groundwork to help drive post-trial sales.
The outcome? 2,067 consumers received a sample of their choosing and 1,323 opted into ARKIVE’s CRM database, equipping ARKIVE with a community of loyal customers ready to engage in future marketing.
And within just two months of the campaign being live, it generated 778 glowing product reviews and an overall star rating of 4.5/5 stars.
Plus, using SoPost’s customizable feedback questions and AI Review Summaries, ARKIVE were also able to make data-led decisions and tailor their marketing messaging to align with their target consumers’ priorities.
Our AI Review Summaries highlighted consumers’ love for the product’s scent, refreshing hair benefits, practical yet aesthetic packaging and non-irritating properties.
And while our campaign wasn’t primarily focused on sales, we saw an incredible 6x purchase clicks from our post-trial email versus the UK haircare average, with 53% of consumers saying they’d purchase the product in the next 6 months, showcasing just how impactful strategic digital sampling can be to help drive purchase intent.
